Breakfast:

  • 1 cup natural raisin bran (3)
  • 1/2 cup 1% milk (1)

Snack:

  • 1 Kashi cereal bar (2)

Lunch:

  • 1 Kashi trail mix bar (2)
  • 1 pink grapefruit, whole (2)

Dinner:

  • 1/2 ciabatta loaf (5)
  • 1/2 cup homemade vegetable marinara (1)
  • 1/2 ball fresh mozzarella (8 )
  • 1 cup salad greens (0)
  • 1 Tbs Annie’s Naturals organic garlic dressing (2)

Had my second job interview today, at a different organization. Two interviews within a week is pretty good, I guess. Anyway, I ate light today because I was on the road a lot, so tonight for dinner I’m going to “splurge” and have homemade French bread pizzas with homemade marinara sauce, veggies, and fresh mozzarella. I may actually use less mozzarella than I’m planning to, and thus be able to decrease the points value somewhat, but with me and cheese you never know. I do love cheese.

No new recipes today. Eventually I would like to start posting pictures of my meals each day. That would add another element of consideration to my food, which would help me to stay mindful of what I eat.
