1 large breakfast smoothie (5)

1 6oz cup fat free vanilla yogurt (organic)
3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 tsp wheat germ
1 tsp flaxseed
1 Tbs dried unsweetened coconut
1/2 Tbs honey
1 packet Amazing Grass Green Superfood

Lunch:

1 wedge Laughing Cow light garlic & herb cheese (1)
4 Kashi Stoneground 7-Grain crackers (2)
